Soapify Car Wash St. Peters

I have tried to get in contact with the owner since this happened, and the manager told me I would be not able to receive his information. I’ve only been able to talk to the manager, which has gotten me no where. My car was damaged after going through this car wash. There was a bucket laying down INSIDE the car wash, and I ran over it while going through. I have been going back and forth with the manager since July 1st, and they let me know today that they are not liable for the damages. Even though they had a hazard inside the bay, while cars are going through it. They are trying to blame me, and say I must have hit something on the road…. Claiming I had previous damage underneath, which I did not. We just had new tires put on June 22nd, and there was no damage at that time. It’s unbelievable. The owner has not contacted me once, I’ve only been able to talk to the manager. Who is not professional whatsoever. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Pathetic excuse for a car wash. I'm paying $40 a month your towels are always dry and your equipment is constantly breaking down. This most recent time I got stuck inside the tunnel for over 20 minutes before they decided to release me. I've never seen such incompetent management of a car wash and I will not be doing business with you people in the future. I've been with you guys from day one but from now on I'll just take my business to one of the other hundreds of car washes in the area. Good riddance and I hope you people get shut down for good

Been a member for a while. But now the inner workings are giving my car scratches all over. The brushes hitting my car is so loud that I have to plug my ears as they go by. And its now nearly breaking my mirrors. Never did any of that before. I believe it needs maintenance. I will be canceling my membership and going elsewhere to avoid damage to my car.

Edit: I received an call from the owner within 24 hours of this review. He believes it was just an issue with the website but cancelled my subscription and refunded the charges. Prior to moving / leaving the review, I had a membership here for around 2 years without incident. I enjoyed the car wash and facilities. However, I moved, and now cancelling this is difficult. I submitted it two months ago for cancellation and it never went through. I have tried calling several times with no answer. There is a cancellation option through the website but they don't provide email notification that you attempted to cancel so I'm now disputing it with my bank. It's unfortunate when companies make it easy to sign up but difficult to cancel.

TLDR. Go here. Modern carwash. Worth the money. Give a raise or bonus to the absolute Chads who were working at 5pm on 12/07. I inherited a SUV truck from my dad and it had been sitting, probably had not been washed in 3+ years. They sprayed it down extensively and hit the problem spots with the brush. After I got it out of the tunnel and vacuumed, everything looked great but I noticed there was still some ancient, caked on black grime left on the roof. I approached the young man emptying the bins. (Immaculately kept and supplied vacuum area btw, also, two different car scents as well as window cleaner in spray bottles everywhere) I explained the situation and he said “sure bring it back around and we’ll run it through again.” As I was waiting my turn to go back into the tunnel, I saw him approach his coworker doing the spraying. When it was my turn, THEY BROUGHT OUT A STEP LADDER and scrubbed my entire roof perfectly with the brush. They cleaned what I had thought would be potentially impossible. The truck looks phenomenal and that’s GREAT for my first day at my new job tomorrow. GOATED car wash.
